Firm Resume

The law offices of Jerry W. Cain, Jr., P.C. were established on July 16, 1999. The office has been established to allow Jerry Cain to practice workers’ compensation insurance defense litigation. The practice of the firm is 95%+ dedicated to workers’ compensation insurance defense.

The firm was established with low overhead the principal consideration. This arrangement minimizes those overhead expenses that get “passed along” to the clients.

The firm has been established to take advantage of recent technological advances. State of the art legal research utilizing Internet resources (at no cost where possible) is available. Of course, the firm has access to hard copies of legal treatises and reports should those prove necessary. The firm is fully equipped to accommodate those clients who are moving toward a “paperless office” environment.
